What's the difference between 200TW and max-performance summer tires?
200-treadwear (200TW) tires are extreme-performance track and autocross rubber: maximum dry grip that gives up tread life, wet traction, and refinement. Max-performance summer tires trade a little ultimate bite for a usable street tire that's quieter, better in the rain, and longer-lasting. Choose 200TW if you run timed events and don't mind replacing them; choose max-performance summer for spirited street and canyon driving.
