App privacy notice

Who operates the app

Merchant Dash LLC operates ProjectJDM. Contact support@merchant-dash.com about the app or its handling of information. This notice covers the shipping and JDM research workspace and its connected tools. The wider website has a separate privacy notice.

Information used for a result

Conversational shipping planning sends the details used for that tool call to our server: your situation and stage, a general model year/make/model description, and any selected operating condition, modifications, clearance, timing or trailer preference. It does not need route ZIPs, street addresses, VINs or contact details. Searches send your query and selected public catalog identifiers. Calculators send the dates, wheel dimensions, quote amounts and terms you enter. Checklist tools send the chosen stage and handling preferences. We process these inputs to return the requested result. Do not include personal identifiers, credentials or payment information in free-text fields.

The separate interactive shipping brief is assembled in the app interface. Building that brief does not itself send its ZIP codes or vehicle fields to ProjectJDM’s tool server. Choosing Send to chat shares the displayed text with the chat host. If you ask the host to use a connected planning tool, the relevant permitted planning inputs described above are sent to our server. Review the brief before sharing. The app does not upload vehicle photographs.

Storage and session controls

The app server processes inputs in memory and does not write them to a customer database. This version has no ProjectJDM account or saved shipment records. Vehicle presets, checkmarks and drafts are held in the current interface session; clearing or reloading the interface removes that local state. App code does not intentionally log tool arguments or use advertising analytics in the workspace.

Our hosting provider may process connection information such as IP address, request time, URL and operational logs to serve and protect the service. Infrastructure logs follow the provider’s configuration and policies. Clearing an app draft does not delete an existing ChatGPT conversation or hosting logs.

Chat hosts and external sources

When you use the app through ChatGPT or another compatible host, that host receives the conversation, tool requests and results under its own policies and account settings. Opening a source or provider website takes you to that operator’s service. ProjectJDM does not send your draft to a transport broker, parts seller or government agency.

This notice will be updated before introducing accounts, durable storage, transport lead submissions or other materially different data handling.
